We’ll be mapping new connections from the foot and it’s toes, to your head, neck, and jaw. Mapping this direct relationship will greatly reduce or eliminate foot pain. You’ll discover new and long forgotten skill and ability in balancing and walking! Gain the agility, precision, sensation, and buoyancy that you dream about! If comfort in walking, standing, running, or jumping, has eluded you, then this is the class to discover a new way. Are you ready to rid yourself of the belief that aging means decreased mobility? Then this is the class for you. Sure to at times be challenging, and at other times hilarity inducing, you’ll discover the art and fabularity of playing with your feet!
